How long will it take to receive your order?

• For items from our studio collections ordered through our online paperie or marketplace stores (like Etsy), the production schedule is typically 3-4 weeks from ordering to delivery.

• Semi-custom designs take a little longer, with a production schedule of around 4-5 weeks.

If you need your order sooner, just send us a message! We’ll do everything we can to accommodate faster production times.

A quick note about production timelines:

To keep everything on schedule, we kindly ask you to complete all forms and approve your proofs within the timeframes we provide—usually within 2–3 days. Don’t worry, we’ll send friendly reminders as we move through the design process to keep things on track!

If we don’t hear back in time, your order may be moved to the next available production slot. While this could result in delays, we’ll always do our best to make them as short as possible and keep you updated along the way.
